Strategic Simplicity® and Praveen's Strategic Simplicity® Framework
In my consulting practice, to dramatically improve business results, I use two distinct, but related concepts:
1. Strategic Simplicity®
2. Praveen's Strategic Simplicity® Framework
In the first case, I am working with senior and C-level leaders, and the goal is to reduce the number of non-strategic IT goals pursued, and focus on the key changes that result in the greatest improvement. In other words, we are simplifying the what.
In the second case, I am working with leaders and managers to reduce the amount of unnecessary work, complexity, and confusion in the actual technology implementations. My Framework has different components, which improve different parts of the life cycle, such as marketing, sales, service, innovation, and scaling the business. Here, we are simplifying the how.
